Examples of display models we have created for our customers.

Suggested Display Model Applications:

WORKING COAL PROCESSOR MODEL

Scale model of coal pulverizing machine. Internal components rotate and move up and down in a timed sequence that is initiated by the viewer.  Colors were chosen to relate the various systems in the unit. Model has traveled to many trade shows around the world.

Materials: ABS, Acrylic, RenShape, Brass

ION IMPLANTER

Scale model of a Ion Implantation machine used in the processing of Silicon wafers with applications in the microcircuit industry.
This model was made to look as much like the actual production machine, all colors match the customer's production colors.  Many of the components are modeled to show internal details pertinent to the Silicon wafer processing.

Materials: RenShape, Acrylic, applied graphics

 

 

SERVER ACCESS DOOR

Full scale model of a network server access door.  Model was fabricated for trade show use. A working touch screen was incorporated into the final model.

Material: Urethane foam, RenShape, MDF board

 

 

GEAR CASE

Full scale model of gear case.  Model was fabricated to be light in weight to allow ease of mobility in sales and trade show use.  The real gear case weighs in excess of 150 pounds, this model weighed only 14 pounds.

Material: ABS, Acrylic

 

 

IR ANTENNA

Full scale model of gimble mounted IR antenna concept.  This model was fabricated with a 3-axis range of motion.
